According to the College Board "A moderate budget for a student attending an in-state, four-year public university was $23,410 last year. (which includes tuition, food, and textbooks, and adds up to nearly half the average U.S. household income.)"
Our goal is to ease the burden of high college expenses put on students, giving low-income students a fair chance at getting a four-year college education, and helping students to receive additional funding without having to rely as heavily on college loans.
To apply for a scholarship, students must provide a unique solution to the following problem -
A - High school seniors with a GPA of 3.2 or greater (requirement; school must be in the United States)
B - Any college student already enrolled in an accredited 4-year university or college (requirement; college must be in the United States)
To be considered for one of the (2) 2017-2018 awards, entries must be received no later than Jan 31, 2018.
